The planetary feeder consists of three parts: motor, planetary reducer, unloader or needle wheel cycloidal reducer, and rotary dragon unloader. There are two series and 60 specifications in total. The square flange for import and export is type A, and the circular flange is type B. This unloader device is the main equipment for dust removal, air shut-off, and other equipment feeding, suitable for both powdered and granular materials. Widely applied in industrial sectors such as environmental protection, metallurgy, chemical industry, grain, and food.
Working principle of planetary feeder:
The unloader has a compact structure, beautiful appearance, easy to use, smooth operation, and low noise. Due to the shaft, the gearbox is located at a certain distance from the housing, which greatly improves the lubrication for high temperatures. Unloader is commonly used in pneumatic output systems. For pressure output systems or negative pressure output systems, the unloader can uniformly and continuously feed the feeding pipe. To ensure the stability of the gas and solid in the pneumatic output pipe, so that the pneumatic conveying can work normally, and at the same time, it can also block the upper and lower air pressure of the unloader and play a role in air locking. When the unloader is working, dust falls by gravity and fills the star shaped blade spaces on the top and sides. The blade rotor is driven by an electric motor through a reducer to rotate the shaft, and the impeller rotates to the lower part to unload the dust by its own weight. The temperature of the material conveyed by the temperature resistant type can reach 280 ° C. The bearings at both ends are isolated from the impeller to prevent ultrafine powder from coming into contact with the bearings. The temperature of the material conveyed by the high-temperature resistant unloader can reach 1100 ° C, and it is connected by a sprocket. There is a certain distance between the reducer and the unloader housing.
