Our company's independently developed TK-1200VOCS Non Methane Total Hydrocarbon Online MonitoringThe full process high-temperature heat tracing pretreatment, gas chromatography technology (GC), and hydrogen ion flame detection method (FID) are mainly used for real-time monitoring of organic matter emissions from various industrial pollution sources. This series of online gas chromatography analyzers adopts new technology, with stable and reliable performance, high degree of automation, wide detection range, and the ability to measure multiple parameters such as VOCS, total hydrocarbons (THC), methane (CH4), non methane total hydrocarbons (NMHC). The concentration and emission rate of VOCs are continuously and real-time tracked and monitored, and all monitoring parameters are transmitted to industrial computer software and user DCS system. They can communicate with the data system of the environmental protection department through data acquisition instruments.
