Overview

When the multifunctional pulse dust collector is working normally, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet. Some of the coarser dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia or natural settling, while the rest of the dust particles rise with the airflow and enter the bag chamber. After being filtered by the filter bag, the dust particles are trapped on the outside of the filter bag, and the purified gas is discharged in pulses, thus achieving the purpose of dust removal. 2. Determine the regular discharge of accumulated water based on the water accumulation in the air bag.

3. Regularly check whether the pulse dust cleaning system of the dust collector is working properly. If it is not working properly, focus on checking the loss of the pulse valve diaphragm and whether the electromagnetic pulse valve is malfunctioning, and replace it in a timely manner. The filter bag should be cleaned in a timely manner and replaced regularly.

4. Regularly check whether the equipment is operating normally based on changes in resistance and fluctuations.
