1Mining electric valveIntroduction

Mining explosion-proof electric gate valves are mainly used in coal mines and underground. The performance of this product meets the requirements of JB/T8528-1997<Technical Conditions for Ordinary Valve Electric Devices>. The performance of the explosion-proof type meets the requirements of GB3836.1-2000<General Requirements for Explosion proof Electrical Equipment for Explosive Environments>and JB/T8529-1997<Technical Conditions for Explosion proof Valve Electric Devices>. And it has been verified by the National Explosion proof Electrical Product Testing Center and obtained an explosion-proof certificate. The integral electrical installation is derived from the Z ordinary type, adding many electrical and electronic components. The integral ordinary electrical part mainly consists of multifunctional modules MK1, remote control modules MK2, button box indicator lights, opening meters, contactors, etc. The multifunctional module MK1 is composed of three parts: phase recognizer XS, contactor interlock protector HB, and DC power supply DC. The remote module MK2 consists of four solid-state relays and three dip switches.

The sealing surface has high hardness, wear resistance, abrasion resistance, and long service life. ④ The valve stem is made of nitriding steel, with surface nitriding treatment, high hardness, scratch resistance, corrosion resistance, and long service life. ⑤ The electric device is equipped with a torque control mechanism, on-site operating mechanism, and manual/electric switching mechanism. In addition to on-site operation, remote operation, PLC control, and intelligent control of 4-20mA current input and output can also be performed. ⑥ Manual valves are opened by a manual mechanism or a handwheel upon impact. Reduce valve operating force. ⑦ Valves can be installed at any position in the pipeline, and carbon steel or alloy steel valves can be selected based on the medium and its temperature. ⑧ When installing and debugging for the first time, the valve must be manually opened to about half of the position to avoid damage to the valve or electrical components caused by reverse motor phase sequence connection.
