The impedance test adopts a four wire measurement method, which can achieve high-precision measurement of ± 1% (at high currents of 1-2A) in the range of 0.01m Ω -100m Ω. The accuracy in the range of 100m Ω -1K Ω reaches ± 2%, and can accurately capture extremely subtle resistance changes, providing a reliable basis for evaluating the conductivity performance of wire harnesses. The insulation resistance test covers a range of 500 Ω -10000M Ω, with accuracies of ± 2%, ± 4%, and ± 10% in different intervals. Paired with an insulation voltage of 1KV (accuracy of 2%, step voltage of 10V), the insulation performance is meticulously tested. During the withstand voltage test, the DC high voltage can reach 5KV/6KV (accuracy 2%, step voltage 10V, leakage current 6mA), and the AC high voltage can reach 3.5KV/5KV (accuracy 2%, step voltage 10V, leakage current 12mA). The high voltage rise and hold time can be finely adjusted (0s-65s step 0.1s, 0.5s-99.9s step 0.1s), providing accurate data support for product withstand voltage performance evaluation and ensuring product safety in complex electrical environments.
The initial configuration of the device includes 2 32P channel cards, with a total of 64P channels (128 point four wire measurement). The cards can withstand high voltages of 3.5KVAC and 5KVDC. In the later stage, the board can be flexibly expanded according to actual testing needs, and the number of channels can be easily increased to 128P, 256P, 512P, 1024P, 2048P, etc., to cope with testing tasks of different scales and complexities with ease. Whether it's spot checks on small production lines or large-scale full inspections in large factories, SAIMR8000 can flexibly expand to meet diverse testing scenario requirements.
