Low temperature recoverability TR testing machineIt is a device specifically designed to test the performance of materials in low-temperature environments, especially the low-temperature shrinkage performance of vulcanized rubber. This test can evaluate the dimensional stability and elastic recovery ability of materials at low temperatures, which is crucial for ensuring the normal use and safety of rubber products in cold environments.
This machine uses a compressor for mechanical refrigeration to provide a constant low-temperature environment, and can heat up according to a set heating rate. The cooling medium is alcohol (provided by the customer), and the temperature value at which rubber and other materials gradually deform and reach the specified value after being frozen at low temperature for a period of time is measured by the dedicated stretching fixture and displacement sensor of the machine. This machine adopts computer integrated control, software one click testing, automatic calculation and other related parameters.

The working principle of the low-temperature retraction testing machine is based on the following key steps:
Sample preparationFirstly, stretch the vulcanized rubber sample to be tested at standard laboratory temperature and lock it at a specific elongation value.
cooling processSubsequently, the sample holder with the sample is placed in a cooling bath, and the cooling medium (such as ethanol) is cooled to a predetermined low temperature, usually around -70 ℃, while stirring. The sample is kept at this low temperature for a period of time to ensure sufficient cooling and loss of elasticity.
Retraction measurementAfter cooling, remove the tensile force and allow the sample to retract freely at gradually increasing temperatures. During this process, displacement sensors are used to measure the retraction length of the sample and record the corresponding temperature.
Data recording and analysisDuring the experimental process, temperature and shrinkage rate changes are usually automatically recorded for subsequent analysis. By drawing a temperature shrinkage curve, the performance of materials at low temperatures can be evaluated.
