A double cone dryer is a device that introduces thermal energy (such as hot water, low-pressure steam, or thermal oil) into a sealed interlayer, and the heat is transferred to the dried material through the inner shell. The material is in a vacuum state, and the decrease in vapor pressure causes the water (solvent) on the surface of the material to reach saturation and evaporate, which is promptly discharged and recovered by a vacuum pump.

The SZG series double cone rotary vacuum dryer is a new generation of drying device developed by our company based on the technology of similar products at home and abroad. The machine has two-stage elastic connection devices of belt transmission and chain transmission to make the equipment run more smoothly. Specially designed fixtures improve the concentricity of the two axes. The heat medium and vacuum system use rotary joints to extend the service life of the equipment.

1. Due to drying under vacuum, there is a higher drying rate at lower temperatures. Compared to general drying equipment, it has twice the speed, saves energy, and has a high heat utilization rate, making it particularly suitable for drying heat sensitive and easily oxidizable materials.

3. The material is mixed and dried during rotation, which can dry the material to a very low moisture content (≤ 0.5%) and has good uniformity, suitable for the requirements of different materials.

4. The equipment has a compact structure, occupies a small area, is easy to operate, reduces labor intensity, and saves labor.

5. To ensure vacuum pumping, reliable methods are used for both inlet and outlet.

6. To ensure smooth operation of the gearbox, an auxiliary shaft is specially added at the output shaft of the gearbox.

7. Our factory has specially designed a vacuum hood with high air permeability inside the cylinder.

8. The rotation speed of the cylinder is adjustable, and the temperature inside the cylinder is automatically controlled at a constant temperature.
