6. The vermicelli produced by the vermicelli machine gradually becomes thinner, elongated, and then breaks off during production. Generally, the starch slurry is adjusted too thin, and starch should be added in a timely manner and stirred evenly to increase the concentration.
7. The noodle machine is operating normally during production, but there are many broken noodles around it. First, check if there are any residual materials on the grinding tool that are too hard to be squeezed and exposed by the mold. If not, then the starch is coarse and the stiffness is poor.
