In electric machinery and equipment used in industrial and agricultural production, there are often long-term "big horse pulling small car" and long-term no-load operation of electric motors during variable load operation, resulting in serious loss of active and reactive power of electrical energy.

3、 Precautions for use:
1. 4、 Classification of motor faults
For electric motors, their fault forms can be divided into two aspects from a mechanical perspective: winding damage and bearing damage. The main reasons for winding damage are:
(1) Under long-term electrical, thermal, mechanical, and chemical reactions, the insulation of the winding ages and is damaged, resulting in inter turn short circuits or ground short circuits in the stator and rotor windings.
(2) Poor power supply quality in the power grid, unbalanced three-phase power supply voltage, large voltage fluctuations, distorted power grid voltage waveforms, severe harmonic distortion in the design of high-order microcontroller based motor protectors, or motor phase failure operation.
(3) The low power supply voltage results in insufficient starting torque for the motor, causing it to fail to start smoothly or repeat starting in a short period of time. Prolonged exposure to excessive starting current can cause the motor to overheat.
