Imported surface seeding
Surface seeding method, convenient for confirming seeding or germination status.
Adopting an imported structure, the sowing process can prevent rice seeds from splashing, and the height of the seed outlet from the ground is low, allowing for sowing at a lower position.
The inlet is easy to disassemble and clean.

Each row is equipped with an independent hopper (seed box), with a capacity of 10 liters per hopper. The integrated design of every two rows of hoppers is also equipped with a surplus sensor. When there is insufficient rice seed, it can be fed back to the driving panel to reduce missed sowing.

The seeding amount can be adjusted uniformly, and all rows of seeding amounts can be adjusted with a simple operation using one handle.

Each hopper corresponds to an independent sowing knob, which can accurately adjust the sowing amount for each row. The total sowing amount ranges from 18 to 474 kilograms per hectare, meeting the needs of different regions and rice varieties.

Note: The live streaming component 2BD-10 (DS-10C25) can be installed on Kubota diesel version high-speed rice transplanters.

Easy discharge of residual seeds. Without the need for tools, residual rice seeds can be discharged simply by operating the handle, making the operation simple and convenient.

Configure a set of clutch handles every two rows. Control the number of live streams by adjusting the clutch lever. Easy to operate, precise sowing, and can save rice seeds.

Configure 4 sets of V-shaped trenchers to complete trenching operations while live streaming, facilitating water management after sowing.
