Overview of Integrated Bed Horizontal CNC Lathe Machine Tool

The CNK1250 series CNC horizontal lathe has the characteristics of high precision, high power, and high rigidity. Its main components and structures have been optimized and designed, and it is an equipment for processing shafts, disks, sleeves, special surfaces, and screw workpieces.

The GSK 980TDi CNC system and fully digital AC servo system adopt semi closed loop control for both X and Z axes. The ball screw pair adopts C3 grade precision ball screws, and the electrical components are imported or domestically produced.

The machine tool is equipped with a domestic vertical four station CNC tool holder, and can be optionally equipped with a six station horizontal electric tool holder. The tool holder has the characteristics of high positioning accuracy, high strength, and good seismic performance.

Before leaving the factory, the machine tool is strictly inspected according to the inspection procedure. Each machine tool uses a laser interferometer to detect the X and Z axis positioning accuracy and repeat positioning accuracy, ensuring the stability and reliability of the machine tool accuracy.
