Overview
Industrial multi circuit rail meter is mainly used for measuring the full electrical parameters of multiple circuits, and can simultaneously connect up to 4 three-phase circuits or 12 single-phase circuits for current input. It can measure parameters such as voltage, current, power, power factor, phase angle, imbalance, harmonics, etc.
Product Details

Industrial multi circuit rail meter, metering meterThe functions are as follows:

Measurement of full electrical parameters for 4-channel three-phase or 12 channel single-phase circuits, with external current transformers;

Monitor the voltage/current, zero sequence current, and frequency of each phase;

Monitor the power of each phase and total power (active, reactive, apparent);

Monitor the power factor of each phase and the total power factor;

Monitor voltage/current phase angle and voltage/current imbalance;

Monitor the total harmonic and 2-31st harmonic of voltage and current;

Record the extreme values of voltage, current, and power for the current month and the previous month;

Maximum current, maximum power demand, real-time current, and real-time power demand;

200 event records, documenting the actions of DIDO;

Supports alarm outputs such as overvoltage, overcurrent, phase failure, and DI linkage;

Rate setting for 4 time zones and 14 time periods;

Four quadrant electricity, 12-month compound rate electricity statistics;

31 day four quadrant and compound rate energy freeze, forward and reverse energy metering;

Four passive switch inputs, two active switch inputs, one switch output, RS485 communication;

Industrial multi circuit rail meter, metering meterApplication scenarios

  1. industrial productionUsed to monitor the power usage of production equipment, optimize equipment operation, and improve energy efficiency. For example, in automobile manufacturing plants, precise energy management is achieved by monitoring the energy consumption of production lines such as stamping, welding, and painting through multi loop rail meters and electric meters.

  2. commercial buildingMonitor the power circuits in different regions, promptly detect power anomalies, and ensure the safe operation of equipment. For example, in large shopping centers, accurate electricity billing and energy management can be achieved by monitoring the energy consumption of systems such as air conditioning, lighting, and elevators through multi loop rail meters and electricity meters.

  3. data centerReal time monitoring of current loss and load conditions to ensure stable and efficient operation of key equipment such as servers. For example, in cloud computing data centers, the power quality of equipment such as UPS and distribution cabinets is monitored through multi loop rail meters and electricity meters to avoid data loss or equipment damage caused by power issues.

  4. public facilitiesSuitable for public facilities such as subways, airports, hospitals, etc., ensuring stable power supply for public services. For example, in subway stations, monitoring the energy consumption of lighting, ventilation, elevators, and other systems through multi circuit rail meters and electric meters can improve the reliability and safety of the power system.

  5. residential communityAssist property management in monitoring and managing power distribution within the community, and achieve sub item energy metering. For example, in residential areas, monitoring the electricity consumption of each building and household through multi circuit rail meters and electric meters is convenient for collecting and analyzing electricity data, guiding residents to use electricity reasonably.
