The hydrogen generator adopts proton exchange membrane technology to electrolyze deionized water to produce hydrogen gas. At the same time, it uses temperature swing adsorption technology to effectively remove moisture and produce compressed ultra pure hydrogen gas without any external purification or compression system, providing a safe, reliable, and convenient hydrogen gas solution for various analytical instruments.
The hydrogen generator only requires power supply and distilled water, and does not use corrosive solutions.
The hydrogen generator can be connected in parallel to meet higher flow requirements.
The hydrogen generator is equipped with a touch screen display, which can display real-time parameters such as hydrogen flow rate, productivity, and output pressure, and is easy to operate.
The output pressure of the hydrogen generator can be electronically adjusted to 10 bar (optional 12 bar) through the touch screen; Simultaneously adopting an automatic regeneration TSA (temperature swing adsorption) drying system to minimize maintenance while maintaining a high level of gas quality.
The hydrogen generator has many powerful and reliable safety features and settings, such as self diagnostic function for hydrogen leak detection, water level, water temperature, water conductivity, gas quality detection and alarm, ensuring worry free gas use. It is a safer, more reliable and convenient gas supply solution compared to steel cylinders.
In addition to the independent chassis type, the MARS DC series hydrogen generator also has a rack mounted design that supports 19 '5U racks and has a 5L water tank, which can work for longer periods of time.
