The integrated design of the main frame and base ensures strong rigidity and good stability of the frame. Circular lifting reduces wind resistance to a minimum, and the impact knife is installed with wedge-shaped blocks for easy and simple replacement. Adopting standard bipolar reducer transmission, the structure is simple, the failure rate is low, and the service life is long. A fully enclosed safety net prevents the sample from flying out when it breaks, and also prevents the testing personnel from entering the working area of the testing machine, ensuring the safety of the operators. Equipped with a sample recycling device, waste samples can be taken out of the testing machine after impact, avoiding testers from entering the interior of the testing machine to recycle waste samples and improving work efficiency and operator safety. The equipment control system adopts Siemens PLC from Germany and imported high-precision rotary encoder to obtain the real-time position of the pendulum. The system has strong anti-interference ability and accurate data.
