Overview

The rotorless foaming sulfur analyzer is an experimental instrument used to detect the production and processing technology of polymer materials during the vulcanization process. Its working principle is to set temperature and torsion angle control conditions to detect the time process of the polymer material sample changing from a viscous body to an elastic body during processing under a certain temperature and torsion environment, and to capture the correct processing time of the material during processing.

Product Usage

Rotorless foamingrheometerIt's testingpolymer materialsThe experimental instrument for production and processing technology in the vulcanization process works by setting temperature and torsion angle control conditions to detectPolymer material sampleTested under a certain temperature and torsional environmentIts materialThe time process of changing from a viscous body to an elastic body during the processing, which is captured from itIts materialThe correct processing time during the manufacturing process.

Product Features:

Sulfur analyzer for photovoltaic industryAdopting a rotorless pressurized sealed double cone mold cavity design, the lower mold cavity oscillates according to the set strain, frequency, and temperature, and the torque sensor in the upper mold cavity detects the torque response transmitted from the lower mold cavity through the rubber material. The mold cavity adopts a three-point fixing method, and the hot mold and oscillating moving parts are made of composite laminated insulation materials imported from Germany, which not only ensures the insulation effect, but also reduces the hysteresis of shear angle transmission and ensures the accuracy of experimental data. In addition to accurately measuring traditional composite torqueS*, Elastic torque S', viscous torque S', hysteresis loss TanDelta, arbitrary burning time points TS1, TS2, TS x, arbitrary vulcanization time points TC10, TC90 TC x, composite modulus G *, elastic modulus G ', viscous modulus G', dynamic viscosity ŋ, ML, MH.

Standard vulcanization test

comply withThe ASTMD5289 rubber sample is placed in a high-temperature closed mold cavity, which consists of two parts. The lower mold cavity oscillates back and forth with a small rotation, generating a sine torsional strain and a sine torque dependent on the stiffness (shear modulus) of the rubber material on the sample. The change of the torque envelope defined as the amplitude over time is recorded. The increase in stiffness of the rubber sample is considered as the vulcanization process. When the increase in torque reaches the equilibrium value or reaches the predetermined time, the test is completed. The time to obtain the vulcanization curve varies with the test temperature and the characteristics of the rubber material.

Frequency scanning test(Purchase)

By changing the frequency of cavity oscillation to achieve frequency scanning test, the range can reach0.1~20.0Hz, Further reveal the dynamic viscoelastic properties and processability of the adhesive material. Frequency scanning test can achieve ASTMD6204 with a low-cost solution The "three-point frequency scanning for batch release" specified in the PartA standard dynamically reveals the viscoelastic and processing characteristics of the adhesive material.
