1. Lubrication system
① Regularly check the storage level in the fuel tank. If it is lower than the lower edge of the marking line, the oil level is insufficient. Please add oil in a timely manner (the engine oil grade is 46 # mechanical oil. In low-temperature and cold regions, the engine oil grade can be appropriately reduced). Add Great Wall 46 # anti-wear hydraulic oil in summer and Great Wall 32 # anti-wear hydraulic oil in winter.
② Regularly clean the oil filter and replace the engine oil and lubricating oil (the lubricating oil must be replaced after 500 hours of operation of the new machine).
③ Regularly check the dripping condition of the oil nozzle during the operation of the internal unit.
2. Air filter
Regularly check the air filter and clean the filter sponge regularly. Be careful not to drop foreign objects into the fan cylinder when disassembling the filter.
3. Triangular Belt
After the wind has been running for a period of time, the V-belt will stretch, and the motor needs to be moved to adjust the V-belt to the appropriate tightness. Attention: The end faces of the motor pulley and the fan pulley should be on the same plane, and the top screws of the two pulleys should be checked for looseness.
4. Regularly check the flexibility of the safety valve. Timely repair the oil and gas leakage parts. If noise or abnormal machine temperature is detected, stop the machine for maintenance in a timely manner. (See the attached table for the cause of the malfunction)
