1. Purpose

The temperature controlled far-infrared digestion furnace can be used in agriculture, forestry, environmental protection, geology, petroleum, chemical industry, food and other departments, as well as higher education institutions and scientific research departments for digestion treatment before chemical analysis of samples such as plants, seeds, feed, food, soil, ores, etc; Can be used in conjunction with a nitrogen analyzer.

2、 Working principle

This product uses a new type of far-infrared element as the heating element. After being heated by the far-infrared radiation element, it mainly emits far-infrared radiation of 1.5 to 2.5 microns, which is easily absorbed by the heating element, excites molecular resonance, and causes the temperature of the heating element to rise, thereby accelerating the digestion of the cooked sample.

3、 Characteristics

1. The furnace hole temperature is continuously adjustable, and can be pre-set and controlled to maintain a constant temperature. The instrument is easy to operate and has a wide range of uses.

2. The furnace structure is novel and uses high radiation far-infrared materials, with fast heating speed, good constant temperature performance, and high thermal efficiency.

3. The average temperature deviation between furnace holes is small, and the sample digestion consistency is good.
