HYM-5280 is a rotary viscosity analyzer with programmable temperature control and variable shear force. By connecting a high-resolution torque sensor to the blade, the variation curve of its viscous resistance over time can be accurately measured. Through reliable analysis by software, the viscous changes of the sample under specific conditions can be accurately evaluated. Not only applicable for quality identification of flour and grains, enzyme activity in flour and the influence of additives on enzyme activity, but also for the detection of formula foods such as seasonings, tomato sauce, meat juice, dairy beverages, and protein foods.
