Stainless steel worm gear flange butterfly valveThe design structure of the valve is based on the principle of three-dimensional eccentricity. The butterfly plate is equipped with multiple layers of soft and hard materials stacked on top of the sealing ring. The contact surface between the valve plate sealing ring and the valve seat is an inclined conical surface, and the contact angle produces a slight "wedge effect", which makes the sealing ring flexible and radially compressed, making the sealing more reliable and less likely to close excessively.
