3、 User Manual
1、 Introduction DKX series electric valve control box (referred to as control box) is a control device for operating electric valves, mainly used for selecting electric valves for DZW series electric devices, which can be operated locally.
2、 Specifications
The DKX electric valve control box is designed according to the '95' standard circuit, and the commonly provided control box is wall mounted. It can also be specially supplied according to the user's needs. The Arabic numerals of the model correspond to the specifications of the electric device. Example: DKX-10 with DZW electric device has a maximum current load of 10A, while DKX-20 with DZW electric device has a maximum current load of 20A

3、 Use
Firstly, prepare for debugging before powering on according to the user manual of the electric device. Then, connect the wires according to the electrical schematic diagram of the control box and the wiring diagram of the electric device. After checking for accuracy, turn on the power supply.
At this point, if both the red light RD and the green light GN are on, it indicates that the electric valve is in the middle position. After checking that the motor phase sequence is correct, operate the opening direction to press the button SO. When the position is open, the electric device should stop working. At this point, the red light RD is on and the green light GN is off, indicating that the valve is in the fully open position; Press the button SC to close the valve. When it is fully closed, the electric device should stop working. At this time, the red light RD is off and the green light GN is on, indicating that the valve is in the fully closed position. During the opening process, the red light RD flashes and the green light GN remains on; During the closing process, the green light GN flashes and the red light RD remains on. Debugging of the opening indicator: Adjust the potentiometer W1 on the opening indicator inside the electric device and the potentiometer W2 located in the control box, so that the opening gauge indicates 0 when the electric valve is in the fully closed position and indicates full degree when it is in the fully closed position.
