This frying pan has two operation modes: manual control of discharge and automatic discharge. If the drum frying pan is equipped with our company's fully automatic temperature controller (electrical control box and temperature sensor), automatic operation of the frying pan can be achieved. Users can set the oil temperature (0-300 ℃) and insulation delay time (0-1 minute) for the oil to be discharged from the pan; Using this operation method, when the oil reaches the set discharge temperature, the blower power is automatically disconnected, and the oil enters the insulation delay stage. After the insulation delay reaches the set value, the frying pan automatically reverses and discharges the material; By adopting automatic operation mode, the temperature of oil frying seeds is consistent, and the machine operator no longer judges the temperature of oil frying seeds based on experience, which can reduce labor costs; The pressed oil and dried cake have consistent color and significantly improved quality.
