The phosphate dosing device is produced and processed by Shanghai Langsite Environmental Protection, with warm performance, high cost-effectiveness, and simple operation. Easy to install, with a lifespan of up to ten years.

Phosphate dosing deviceThe composition structure includes: solution tank, level gauge, measuring tank, agitator, dosing metering pump, safety valve, pressure gauge, control cabinet, valves, and pipeline layout. The materials of each component are mainly stainless steel and carbon steel lined with rubber.
Process Principle
The hardness of calcium and magnesium in boiler feedwater can undergo chemical reactions or concentrate and crystallize at high temperatures, forming insoluble scale that firmly adheres to the heating surface of the boiler. This scale is a poor conductor of heat and can hinder heat conduction. In severe cases, it can cause boiler tube bursting accidents. In addition, it can also induce and exacerbate metal chemical corrosion under the scale, which is very harmful. Although the boiler condensate and boiler feedwater have undergone strict softening and desalination treatment, there is still a small amount of calcium and magnesium hardness entering the boiler water. If this hardness is not treated, scaling will also pose a threat to the safe operation of the boiler. Currently, adding phosphate to boiler water is a suitable treatment method, and the reaction is as follows:
Alkaline calcium phosphate is a soft water slag that is easily discharged with boiler discharge and will not adhere to the furnace to form scale.
Process Overview
This dosing device mainly includes four parts: drug solution preparation system, metering and dosing system, safety system, and control system.
Solid drugs are added to the dissolving tank, and then diluted with desalinated water or condensed water in proportion to dissolve. They are added to the boiler steam drum by the metering and dosing system. The dosing control can be done manually or automatically based on the control signal output by the upper system.
Phosphate dosing deviceperformance description
The complete set of equipment mainly includes a feeding system, a storage tank, a dosing system, a power control system, etc. The dissolution tank is equipped with facilities required for automatic operation, such as level gauges, low level alarms, valves, etc. A magnetic flap level gauge is installed on the outer wall of the barrel to monitor the liquid level in real-time. There is a feeding port and a backup port on the top of the barrel, and a discharge port, a discharge port, an overflow port, a level gauge interface, and corresponding matching valves are provided on the side of the barrel. When the liquid level in the bucket is lower than the set low liquid level value, the alarm system will automatically activate and the dosing pump will pause. The dosing system includes centrifugal pumps, electromagnetic flow meters, and related valves.
