1、 Whole machine solution
Low temperature constant temperature stirring reaction bath DHJF-4005AThe entire device consists of a refrigeration system, a heating system, a circulation system, and a control system.
1.1 Refrigeration System
The refrigeration system consists of a compressor, condenser, evaporator, and expansion valve.
Compressor: Adopting Embraco fully enclosed piston compressor, the compressor can start and quickly cool down when the heat carrier is 99 ℃.
Condenser: It adopts an air-cooled finned condenser with oxygen free copper threaded tubes inside, which has high heat transfer efficiency, easy cleaning, and convenient maintenance.
Throttle mechanism: Adopting DANFOSS thermal expansion valve, consisting of temperature sensing element and valve core, it automatically adjusts the refrigerant flow rate through the superheat degree of the refrigerant.
Evaporator: Adopting a 304 stainless steel coil evaporator with high heat transfer efficiency; The evaporator is installed in the liquid storage tank and will not be damaged when the refrigerant freezes.
1.2 Heating system
Adopting an external 304 stainless steel tubular electric heater, the technical specifications comply with JB/T 4088 regulations. Comes with separate mechanical over temperature protection.
1.3 Circulating system
High and low temperature resistant shielded pumps are used to transport refrigerant, and 304 stainless steel is used for the storage tank and circulation pipeline to prevent corrosion and low temperature liquid pollution.
1.4 Control System
The temperature control adopts PID algorithm, with high temperature control accuracy; Users can develop 5 application programs to achieve multi program control. The monitor adopts a liquid crystal display screen, which is easy to operate. Communication adopts RS485 interface and follows MODBUS RTU protocol
