This product is a circulating cooler that can cool down, maintain a constant temperature, and raise a temperature. It is used to transport circulating heat carriers and provide a constant temperature source; The whole machine consists of a refrigeration system, a circulation system, and a control system.
1. The refrigeration system consists of a compressor, condenser, evaporator, electronic expansion valve, and capillary tube.
2. Fully enclosed piston refrigeration compressor, with smooth operation, small size, low noise, and stronger reliability.
3. The condenser adopts microchannel condenser, which is compact in size, lightweight, and has higher heat transfer efficiency.
4. The throttling mechanism adopts a combination of electronic expansion valve and capillary tube, with high control accuracy, stability and reliability.
5. The evaporator is made of 06Cr19Ni10 seamless coil, effectively reducing the risk of leakage. The evaporator is installed in the liquid storage tank to prevent freezing and cracking.
6. The material of the liquid storage tank in the circulation system is 06Cr19Ni10, and a BLDC circulation pump is used to transport the heat carrier. The material of the circulation connection pipeline is silicone rubber, and the material of the circulation pump is PPE PK PA.
7. There is a liquid level display function that can monitor the liquid level of the heat carrier in the storage tank in real time.
8. The control system adopts a 4.3-inch touch screen, which is easy to operate and has temperature calibration function. PID algorithm is used to control the electronic expansion valve, and the temperature stability of the heat carrier can reach ± 0.5 ℃.
9. RS 485 communication, standard Modbus RTU protocol.
