Both the inner and outer shells are made of flame-retardant high-quality PP plastic sheets, with a durable temperature of over 85 ℃. The joints between the sheets are milled and flattened to form a 90 degree right angle, and then melted with a high-temperature welding gun using plastic welding wire. After cooling, the welds are firm, and the joints of the entire box are flat, the box structure is compact, and the appearance is bright. Various auxiliary accessories and facilities are also made of corrosion-resistant materials.
The material of the box cover is flame-retardant high-quality PP board, and the front and rear observation windows can observe the condition of the indoor specimens from the outside without affecting the test results. And the box cover is designed with a good top angle of 110 degrees, so that the condensed water generated during the test process will not drip onto the sample and affect the test results. The box cover and body are sealed with water to prevent salt spray from overflowing, which may affect the test results and corrode other equipment in the room, and may even cause harm to the test operators.
The cover of large box (010 and above) is automatically opened by cylinder (Taiwan, China Yadeke), which is convenient. The opening angle is about 80 degrees, and the air source is compressed air with a pressure of 0.4 megapascals. (750 model uses gas spring assisted opening)
Water tank (saltwater, pure water): adopts a hidden structure with a drainage valve, easy to clean.
Saturation bucket: made of SUS304 high-grade stainless steel pipe welding, with good high temperature and high pressure resistance performance. Using the Henry's law, heating and humidification are applied, and the required humidity for the test chamber is provided
