Operation Method:

① Create separate testing programs for each product to be tested. Use a touch screen or barcode scanner to select the correct program.

② After selecting the correct testing program, place the packaging into the testing chamber and close the chamber cover to start the automatic testing cycle.

③ During the testing period, a user-defined vacuum was extracted, causing a pressure difference between the packaging and the chamber, which in turn led to the leakage of carbon dioxide into the chamber. Depending on the product settings, the entire testing time takes 15-30 seconds.

④ After the automatic testing cycle is completed, the display screen will show "OK" or "Leak", clearly indicating whether the packaging is leak free. The test data will be automatically stored and retrievable for statistical purposes.
