1. Before use, check whether the oil in the tank is sufficient. You can observe the oil gauge on the right side. If it is insufficient, open the rear panel and add oil to the tank until the liquid level is at the appropriate level at the oil gauge.

2. Check if the oil pipe joints and fasteners are loose, and verify if the electrical grounding measures are effective.

3. Check if the pressure sensor, measurement and control system overload output, and power supply connections are effective.

4. When in use, press the start button to turn on the power and start the oil pump to work. Turn on the computer and raise the piston a certain distance to observe for any abnormal phenomena such as jamming. If there is, it should be unloaded and stopped for inspection, and eliminated; If there is no abnormal phenomenon, press the stop button to stop the piston from rising.

5. According to different tests, select anti bending or anti compression fixtures, then fix and remove surrounding foreign objects. During the experiment, wipe the surface of the specimen clean and check for any obvious defects on the appearance. If there are any that can affect the test values, replace the non-destructive specimen.

6. Before starting the detection, connect the power supply of the measurement and control system, follow the operation steps, and reset it if necessary.

7. When resisting bending, place the specimen flat on two lower anti folding plates. When the test piece begins to be loaded, the piston should be steadily raised at the required loading rate until the test piece breaks and the load decreases. The oil in the working cylinder quickly flows back to the oil tank, while the piston descends to the Z low point or the required position based on its weight. If a connection test is required, it is not necessary to drain all the oil in the cylinder, causing the piston to descend too low. As long as it can accommodate the next test piece and be installed smoothly, it is sufficient.
