Application of traditional Chinese medicine belt dryer:
Dehydrated vegetables, pellet feed, monosodium glutamate, chicken essence, coconut milk, organic pigments, synthetic rubber, acrylic fiber, pharmaceuticals, medicinal herbs, small wooden products, plastic products, electronic components aging, curing, etc. Large capacity continuous drying. This series of dryers has the advantages of fast drying speed, high evaporation intensity, and good product quality.
working principle
The materials in the hopper are evenly spread on the mesh belt by the feeder. The mesh belt is made of 12-60 mesh stainless steel wire mesh and is dragged by the transmission device to move inside the dryer. The dryer consists of several units, with each unit having independent hot air circulation. Some of the exhaust gas is discharged by a dedicated dehumidification fan 4, and the amount of exhaust gas discharged from each unit is controlled by a regulating valve. In the upper circulation unit, the air from the circulating fan 5 enters the lower chamber of the unit through the side air duct. The airflow is heated by the heater 7 and distributed by the air distributor 6, forming a jet flow that blows towards the mesh belt, passes through the material, and enters the upper chamber.
The drying process is the process in which a hot air flow passes through the material layer, completing the transfer of heat and mass. The upper chamber is connected to the inlet of the fan through an air duct. Most of the gas is circulated, and a portion of the gas with lower temperature and higher moisture content is discharged as exhaust gas through the dehumidification pipe, regulating valve, and dehumidification fan. In the lower circulation unit, the air from the circulation fan enters the upper chamber. Heating downwards through the heat exchanger, passing through the material layer and entering the lower chamber, the lower chamber is connected to the fan through side air ducts and return air ducts, with most of the gas circulating and some being discharged. The upper and lower loop units can be flexibly equipped according to user needs, and the number of units can also be selected as needed.
Used for dehydrating vegetables, generally three devices are connected in series to form the initial drying section, middle section, and final drying section. In the initial drying stage, due to the high moisture content and poor air permeability of the material, smaller auxiliary material thickness, faster operating speed, and higher drying temperature should be used. In the initial drying stage, the temperature of the drying gas can reach over 120 ℃. The retention time of materials in the final drying stage is 3-6 times that of the initial drying stage, and the paving thickness is 2-4 times that of the initial drying stage. For the requirement of material temperature not exceeding 60 ℃, dry gas at around 80 ℃ can be used. Using a multi-stage combination can better utilize the performance of the belt dryer and achieve more uniform drying.
