Operation Method:

① Before running MAP Check 3, please enter the individual product program for each product to be packaged on the machine on the analyzer. Afterwards, simply select the correct program to automatically set the correct alarm level and gas level.

② When the packaging machine is running, MAP Check 3 will continuously measure the remaining oxygen and/or carbon dioxide content.

③ If oxygen or carbon dioxide approaches the limit level, MAP Check 3 will notify the operator. If the limit is exceeded, MAP Check 3 will stop the packaging machine.

④ If equipped with GasSave or connected to MAP Mix Provictus, MAP Check 3 will automatically adjust the gas flushing of the product based on the remaining oxygen content. This can prevent incorrect residual oxygen levels and reduce gas costs.
