Three leaf Roots blowerThe working principle is that when the motor drives the driving shaft to rotate through a coupling or pulley, the gear installed on the driving wheel drives the gear on the driven wheel to rotate synchronously in the opposite direction, causing the meshing rotor to rotate accordingly, thus forming a space between the casing and the rotor, and gas enters the space from the inlet. At this point, the gas will be compressed and squeezed out of the air outlet by the rotor, while another rotor will rotate relative to one rotor at the beginning of compression, forming a new space on the other side of the casing. New gas will enter this space and be squeezed out, continuously moving to achieve the purpose of blowing air.

1. Check if the foundation bolts are tightened again and if the base is tilted.

2. Has the piping added unnecessary load to the Roots blower.

3. Are there any impurities mixed in, piping errors, and are all valves open.

4. Please confirm if the screw locking and check valve are properly opened.

5. Confirm that the lubricating oil reaches the red dot on the oil label. If it exceeds the mark, it will be automatically discharged.
