ASCO pulse dust removal valves are divided into three types: internal pilot type, external pilot type, and submerged type.

Submerged pulse dust removal valve:
The submerged dust removal valve product has always been ASCO's flagship product and pride in dust removal system solutions. Its many advantages and features have been practiced for a long time and are highly trusted and recognized by users.

ASCO timing controller

The timing controller is developed for pulse dust removal valves and can accurately set the injection and interval time.
ASCO dust detector:

1. Early warning of potential leaks to avoid high costs caused by downtime in the future
2. Protection of hardware such as filter bags
3. Identify dust particles in the gas passing through the filter due to reasons such as filter bag rupture
4. Signal 4-20 mA is proportional to the degree of dust
5. The output signal (4~20 mA) can be adjusted to activate any alarm when dust emissions exceed
Calculation related to dust removal valve:
Technical parameter information of dust removal valve
1. Bag pressure (barg): The gauge pressure of a gas tank, which is the supply pressure of a pulse valve. The set value is usually between 0.5 and 8 barg.
2. Electric pulse length (ms): The duration of electrification of the pulse valve coil. The set value is usually 40-200ms.
3. Total pulse length (ms): The time from the pulse valve opening to closing. It depends on the length of the electrical pulse and the opening and closing time of the pulse valve.
4. Peak pressure (barg) Pp: The pressure measured from the end of the nozzle. The shorter the opening time of the pulse valve, the higher the peak pressure.
5. Opening time (ms): The time it takes to reach 50% peak pressure. It depends on the opening time of the pulse valve.
6. Closing time (ms): The time it takes for the peak pressure to drop from 50% to 0. It depends on the closing time of the pulse valve.
7. Pressure drop of airbag (bar): The pressure difference between the airbag before and after injection. Control the pressure drop to 50% of the air bag pressure to maintain the velocity of sound in the spray pipe.
8. Pulse volume (Ndm3) Vp: The volume at atmospheric pressure that passes through the pulse valve during a pulse period. The larger the Vp, the better the cleaning effect of the filter bag, and it can carry more filter bags.
