The 53 settlement tube is the main tube in the settlement measurement system, with a settlement ring installed on the outside and a settlement meter probe placed inside for measuring the settlement amount. Accompanying it are free connecting pipes and bottom covers.
Application fields:
53 settlement pipeIt is the main pipe in the settlement measurement system, with an external settlement ring and an internal settlement probe for measuring settlement.
Technical Specifications:
Product specifications 53, 70 instrument outer diameter Φ 53, Φ 70 mm
Instrument inner diameter of Φ 45, Φ 60 mm, tube length of 2 or 4m
Bending degree ≤ 10% FS roundness ≤ 1.2mm
Acceptance and storage:
When the user receives and inspects the goods, they should first check whether the quantity of pipes matches the list. If there are any discrepancies, they should contact our factory.
The pipes should be stored in a room with a humidity of less than 85%, free from corrosive gases, in a dry, ventilated environment, and handled with care during transportation.
When the pipe is temporarily not in use, needOpen the packaging and lay each piece flat layer by layer at the staggered joint to prevent bending and deformation.
53 settlement pipeInstallation method
Using a drill bit to drill a hole, in order to smoothly place the pipe to the bottom, it is generally necessary to go deeper than the installation depth. The principle is 10 meters+0.5 meters, 20 meters+1 meter, and so on.
2. Clean the hole. After the drill bit reaches the predetermined position, do not immediately lift the drill. Instead, connect the pump to clean water and pour it down until the mud water turns into clear mixed water. Then lift the drill and install it.
The connection of the installation pipe adopts an external joint, and water is injected into the pipe while lowering it (when the buoyancy of the pipe is too high).
Installation of magnetic rings: Install magnetic rings and positioning rings on each section of the pipe according to the design requirements, fix the positioning rings with screws, and then insert the pipe into the external joint, tighten the screws, so that the pipe can be connected while being lowered to the design depth.
If the distance between the magnetic rings is not exactly 2 meters, the length of the tube can be adjusted to achieve this, or a positioning ring can be placed on the tube to solve the problem. However, one principle must be mastered: the magnetic rings must have sufficient settlement distance downwards and must meet their design requirements.
After the settlement pipe is placed in accordance with the design requirements, it can be backfilled by covering it with a lid. The backfill material should be dry fine soil or medium coarse sand on site. The backfill speed should not be too fast to avoid blockage and the formation of gaps. It is recommended to check again after one or two days. After the backfill material sinks, it can be filled again. Protective measures should be taken around the pipe to ensure that it can be measured later.
