Product Introduction

Stable manure, also known as circle manure or fence manure, refers to a fertilizer made mainly from livestock manure and urine, mixed and accumulated with bedding materials and feed residues, and subjected to microbial action. It has multiple functions, including providing plant nutrients, improving the effectiveness of soil nutrients, improving soil structure, fertilizing soil fertility, and enhancing soil fertility and water retention. Stable manure is an important organic fertilizer widely used in agriculture.
The machine utilizes the power output of the tractor to drive the conveyor chain inside the carriage to automatically transport fertilizer backwards. Then, through high-speed rotating crushing wheels and uniform spreading, the fertilizer is evenly distributed back to the field, achieving large-scale unified operation, reducing labor intensity, improving fertilization efficiency, and improving soil structure.
Product Features
1. This model of fertilizer spreader is designed to be towed by a tractor, with the rear output shaft of the tractor driving the spraying operation, and the tractor output hydraulic driving the feeding system to work;
2. The whole machine adopts a half axle dual tire walking mode, with a total of four tires and a low ground pressure ratio;
3. The main frame is made of alloy steel and wear-resistant steel plate welded together, which is sturdy and durable;
4. The feeding system is driven by dual hydraulic motors and reducers on both sides, and adopts a high-strength mining circular chain double chain conveyor structure. The feeding system has strong and powerful driving force, stable structure, stable and adjustable feeding speed, and good uniform effect of the fertilizer spreader;
5. The throwing spiral shaft adopts an active curved tooth shaped crushing blade design, which has excellent performance in crushing block fertilizers. The crushing blade is made of wear-resistant steel plate that has been heat-treated, making it hard, wear-resistant, and has a longer service life. It can be easily replaced after severe local wear.
