Overview
Stainless steel lock type weights are used for the calibration of electronic scales and balances in clean areas of laboratories or biopharmaceutical factories. They require 304 stainless steel material weights and non-magnetic stainless steel material weights, with conventional grades of M1, F2, and F1. To facilitate daily calibration, lock shaped handheld weights are usually selected. Sanitary grade PTFE butterfly valve is a center sealed butterfly valve designed for hygiene grade, using high-performance white PTFE material as the sealing valve seat. Due to the high chemical resistance and lubricity of PTFE material, it solves the limitations of using rubber sealed valve seats in ordinary sanitary grade butterfly valves and has a lighter rotational torque than ordinary fluorine lined PTFE butterfly valves. More importantly, it has solved the concern of the hygiene powder industry about material pollution caused by rubber sealing butterfly valves and rubber detachment. This valve can be widely used in sterile pharmaceutical powders, milk powder, starch, sugar production, and other industries, as well as in situations where rubber sealed valve seats cannot be used.
