On July 17th, the "Research and Development of High Efficiency Dust Removal and Waste Heat Recovery Green Processing Technology and Equipment" project exchange meeting was successfully held in the company. Chen Ge, Vice President of Donghua University and his delegation visited the company for technical exchanges. Wang Xinting, Chairman and General Manager of the company, attended the discussion, accompanied by Vice General Manager Gao Haiqiang.

The research team first went into the production workshop to conduct on-site inspections, observing the production and overall operating conditions of cotton processing equipment, focusing on prominent pain points in the industry such as material adhesion and waste heat recovery efficiency during cotton processing, and conducting face-to-face communication and discussions with on-site technical personnel.

After the on-site investigation, both parties held a special symposium. Chairman and General Manager Wang Xinting first introduced the development overview of the enterprise and reported on the current progress of the project; Attendees from Donghua University revolve around the delicate responsibilities undertaken by the universityseparatorShare theoretical research on dust removal systems and introduce cutting-edge research results such as CFD simulation and filter material optimization. Vice General Manager Gao Haiqiang sorted out technical difficulties such as equipment compatibility and system noise reduction in the process of equipment industrialization, and proposed research directions such as intelligent dust cleaning, dust wool recovery, and efficient waste heat recovery and utilization. Both the school and enterprise sides discussed feasible solutions to each of the related problems.
Both parties have reached multiple collaborative agreements, with the enterprise providing equipment operating conditions and on-site data support, and Donghua University optimizing flow field simulation models to improve equipment performance. The school enterprise joint research and development of key technologies for anti adhesion and intelligent dynamic dust cleaning of cloth bags, the establishment of an online dust monitoring platform, and the demonstration application based on the enterprise's Xinjiang production line, jointly completing assessment tasks such as air volume, emission reduction, energy conservation, and patents.
The in-depth docking of the school enterprise research team has built a long-term cooperation bridge, realizing the complementary advantages of scientific research resources and industrial resources through the linkage of industry, academia and research, and laying a solid foundation for the technological upgrading of enterprises and the green and intelligent transformation of the cotton processing industry. In the future, the company will fully leverage its industrial advantages and continue to use technological innovation to support the high-quality development of the cotton processing industry.
