ag-machIndustry NewsGuoguo Grain Security and Wo Walk Together | Lovol Public Welfare Machine Collects Warmth in Jiaodong
In June in Jiaodong, the wind blows through the fields and the fragrance of wheat surges. The wheat fields in Zhanwangzhuang Village, Pingdu City, Shandong Province are golden. On June 17th, the Lovol Public Welfare Harvesting Alliance joined hands with caring machine operator Sun Ruiying to enter this small village in the hinterland of the Jiaodong Peninsula, providing free harvesting services for special families with labor shortages, and using the rumbling sound of machines to support the confidence of "not leaving a single household" for a bountiful harvest.
Zhanwangzhuang Village is located in the northeast of Jiudian Town, with 56 households, 168 people, and a total cultivated land of over 300 acres. In addition to planting characteristic forest fruits such as autumn pears, wheat is the staple food and important source of income for most households. However, the approximately 105 acres of wheat fields owned by 25 left behind elderly households and other special families in the village face the dilemma of "difficult to find and expensive to use machines" every year due to young and middle-aged people going out to work. When the wheat is ripe, I can't wait for anyone, but there are only me and my wife at home. My son is working outside and can't come back. In previous years, I would feel anxious at this time, "said a villager.
This year, after learning about the special difficulties faced by Zhanwangzhuang Village, the Lovol Public Welfare Machine Harvesting Alliance quickly contacted the village committee, verified the situation on a household by household basis, and carefully drew a detailed "assistance map".
On the day of harvest, the kind-hearted machine operator Sun Ruiying drove the Lovol Valley GodharvesterSteady and steady entry into the wheat field - the cutting platform is precisely attached to the wheat ridge, and threshing, cleaning, and straw crushing are carried out in one go. In just a moment, the 3.8 acres of wheat from the first household were returned to the warehouse, and the harvester immediately moved to the next household's field without stopping. As an old partner of the alliance, this is Sun Ruiying's second year participating in cross regional public welfare machine harvesting operations. She said, "It's hard to see the old people in the village worrying about the wheat fields. The commonweal alliance has provided us with opportunities, and the cars have also given us awesome. We have done a good job to reassure fellow villagers."
During homework breaks, the Lovol Public Welfare Machine Collection Alliance's condolence team presented love gift packages to caring machine operators and conducted in-depth visits to the village. At the elderly's home, the staff inquired in detail about their physical condition, checked the drying of newly harvested wheat, and provided daily necessities such as rice, flour, grain, and oil, conveying their care to their hearts.
From "watching the wheat and sighing" to "particles returning to the warehouse", the Lovol Public Welfare Machine Harvesting Alliance breaks the dilemma of "inorganic availability" with technology and fills the gap of "no one to rely on" with temperature. This heartwarming relay shuttling between wheat ridges is continuing to write another touching chapter on the golden fields of Qilu.
