This year, Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture has taken digital upgrading as its core and created a new service system of "AI Commander+Mobile Consultant", promoting the transformation of service mode from traditional "passive response" to "active prediction, precision and efficiency". Relying on intelligent service platform, digital parts guarantee, and technological maintenance equipment, it provides comprehensive support for Sanxia's production.
When agricultural machinery operators work across regions, they are most afraid of "no one to repair the broken car halfway" and "difficult to find parts and work in a hurry". In response to the large number of agricultural machinery and high service pressure in cross region operations, Weichai Lovol Smart Agriculture has established a nationwide "three vertical and one horizontal" efficient service network and laid out a regional command system. 20 frontline wheat harvesting command centers will be established nationwide, divided into over 230 refined management grids, and on standby 24 hours a day. With the support of a complete set of intelligent service systems, we will be able to meet the service needs of agricultural machinery operators from all over the country around the clock.
At the same time, the digital bill of lading system has also achieved a comprehensive reform of the service process. Relying on the intelligent service command platform, the 400 service hotline receives repair requests and the CRM system automatically and accurately dispatches orders. Service engineers receive work orders in real-time, connect with farmers online, confirm spare parts reserves, and report departure schedules. The entire process is tracked online and pushed in a closed-loop manner, greatly reducing response time. The command center can monitor the entire process of departure, arrival, maintenance, and completion of all work orders in real-time in the background. It automatically alerts and reminds of work orders that have exceeded the time limit and have not been disposed of, minimizing downtime losses and truly achieving the goal of "grabbing one minute of work hours and gaining an extra acre of harvest".

Weichai Lovol has established a five level parts guarantee system consisting of a main warehouse, 16 sub center warehouses, temporary parts warehouses, dealer reserve points, and mobile parts vehicles. It can comprehensively detect the operating status of various circuits and components of agricultural machinery, quickly and accurately locate and efficiently solve various difficult faults.
In addition, the newly upgraded Zhinong Lovol APP has become a "mobile consultant" for cross regional operators. It can combine multidimensional data such as the location of agricultural machinery, model performance, and maturity of surrounding crops to plan the optimal operation route for the operator. At the same time, it integrates full scene functions such as parts query, maintenance reminder, vehicle status monitoring, one click repair, remote video diagnosis, etc., solving most of the small faults of agricultural machinery without leaving home. In the past, when running across districts in the three summers, it took an extra hour or two to find work and routes every day.
