The "3rd 2025 Anhui (Fuyang) Agricultural Machinery and Parts Exhibition" is scheduled to be grandly held at Fuyang International Convention and Exhibition Center on November 26 and 27. Adhering to the spirit of "Innovation-Driven, Intelligence Leading the Future, and Serving Agriculture, Rural Areas and Farmers", this exhibition takes "Focusing on Filling the Gaps in Agricultural Machinery and Boosting the Construction of Agricultural Mechanization in Anhui Province" as its theme. It insists on building a pragmatic platform for domestic and foreign agricultural machinery production, sales and circulation enterprises, grass-roots users, scientific research institutions, experts and scholars, and the government for exhibition demonstration, exchange and learning, trade cooperation, talent training, and investment promotion. Visitor Organization
Target Scope: We will invite agricultural cooperatives, large agricultural households, agricultural companies related to agriculture, agricultural machinery, planting and breeding from Anhui, Henan, Hubei, Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shandong and Jiangxi, as well as senior management of agricultural machinery agents and distributors and agricultural machinery competent authorities from various cities and prefectures to visit, study, exchange and cooperate.
Group Organization by Provincial and Municipal Associations: The organizing committee of the conference will issue relevant documents together with industry competent authorities, informing all agricultural competent units, industry associations, agricultural machinery companies, distribution units, scientific research institutions and universities to attend the exhibition for observation, exchange, negotiation and order placement.
Targeted Promotion for Industry Insiders: Shuttle buses will be arranged in each region according to the registration situation. A shuttle bus will be set up if the number of registrations in the same region reaches more than 30. For remote areas where it is impossible to return on the same day, the organizing committee will provide free unified accommodation (only for those taking the shuttle bus). For remote areas or areas without shuttle buses, after successful pre-registration by scanning the QR code in advance, you can enjoy a 50-yuan transportation subsidy with the expressway toll invoice or train/bus ticket on November 26 and 27. The deadline for online registration is November 20, and registrations after November 20 will not be reimbursed. (The organizing committee reserves the final interpretation right of this activity.)
Incentive and Interactive Policy: Million-yuan cash subsidy. Reward 100 yuan for inviting 1 professional on-site visitor, 1,000 yuan for 10 visitors, 10,000 yuan for 100 visitors, and 20,000 yuan for 200 visitors.

Exhibitors forward their company's exhibition poster or WeChat official account pre-registration to WeChat groups, Moments and WeChat friends.
After successful registration, visitors can check whether they have visited the exhibition in the mobile member center and the PC terminal: "Exhibition Registration Background".
Special Note: The organizing committee will verify the authenticity of users and settle the payment based on the actual number of invited on-site visitors.

Exhibition Fees: (Unified Price After Subsidy)

1. Booth Fees (Principle of "first come, first paid, first arranged"; the organizer reserves the right to adjust a small number of booths finally.)
2. Bare space only provides the corresponding area of exhibition venue, security services and booth cleaning services, excluding any supporting facilities;
3. Standard Booth Configuration: Three-sided partition boards, 1 negotiation table, 2 chairs, Chinese and English fascia board, 2 spotlights, 1 220V/5A power socket. Other additional expenses shall be borne by the exhibitor.
Exhibition Procedures
1. Exhibiting enterprises determine the area and select the booth;
2. Fill in, sign and seal the exhibition application form (contract), and then send the form to the organizer;
3. Enterprises must remit the full exhibition fee to the designated account within 3 working days after selecting the booth, otherwise the selected booth will not be reserved;
4. The organizing committee will send the exhibitor manual to the exhibiting units one month before the exhibition;
