　　Industrial Background of Yancheng:
 

　　Located in the central part of the coastal area of Jiangsu Province, Yancheng is a core city of Jiangsu's coastal development plan. As the prefecture-level city with the largest area in Jiangsu Province, Yancheng covers an administrative area of 17,000 square kilometers with a permanent resident population of 7.2106 million. 　　Review of the Previous Exhibition:
 

　　The "9th 2024 China Yancheng International Industry Expo & Yancheng Machine Tool Exhibition" was held at Yancheng International Convention and Exhibition Center from November 15 to 17, 2024. As the only industrial equipment event in the coastal area of northern Jiangsu, the exhibition gathered 300 well-known industry enterprises such as FANUC Japan, Tsugami Japan, Chentai Taiwan China, Shengong Machine Tools, Jiangsu Hemerson, Hohai Precision Machinery, Haitian Precision Machinery, Dalian Machine Tools, Zhejiang Zhicheng, Yiyan Laser, Guohong Laser, and Linde Forklift. The exhibits covered industrial sectors such as CNC machine tools, laser sheet metal, industrial robots, industrial automation, and intelligent logistics. With an exhibition scale of 20,000 square meters and 15,000 professional visitors, 60% of the visitors were from various districts and counties of Yancheng, 30% from various districts and counties of Huai'an and Taizhou, and the remaining 10% from Nantong, Lianyungang, Suqian, Yangzhou, Xuzhou and other regions. The cumulative expected contract turnover of the exhibition reached 80 million yuan. The successful holding of the exhibition has effectively promoted the production, procurement and trade exchanges of manufacturing factories in northern Jiangsu, improved production efficiency and enhanced industry competitiveness.

　　Exhibition Procedures:
 

　　1. Please carefully fill in the exhibition application form and fax or email it together with a company profile (within 100 words) to the conference organizing committee.
 

　　2. After the organizing committee receives the application form and confirms the exhibitor's qualification and booth, the exhibitor must remit 50% of the full exhibition fee to the designated account of the conference within one week, and fax the bank payment receipt to the organizing committee in a timely manner. The remaining balance must be fully remitted before November 1.
 

　　3. Booth arrangement is based on the principle of "first registration, first payment, first arrangement". If the registered manufacturer fails to make payment within the specified time, the organizing committee will regard it as an automatic cancellation of the exhibition application and will not reserve the booked booth. The organizing committee reserves the final right to adjust a small number of booths.
 

　　4. The organizing committee will send the to inform exhibitors of matters such as exhibit transportation, accommodation and schedule arrangement before November 1.
