1、 Pre startup inspection
Fuel and lubrication system
Ensure that there is sufficient diesel in the fuel tank and that the fuel lines are unobstructed without leaks, in order to avoid engine damage caused by lack of fuel.
Check if the oil level is between the upper and lower marks on the dipstick, if the oil viscosity is normal and there is no deterioration, and replace it promptly if necessary.
cooling system
Check if the water level in the cooling water tank is sufficient and if there are no leaks in the cooling system. Antifreeze should be used in northern regions to prevent water tanks from freezing in winter.
Electrical system
Check that the battery is fully charged and the wiring is secure without short circuits; Ensure good grounding to avoid electrical faults.
air filter
Check if the air filter is clogged, clean or replace it if necessary, and ensure smooth air intake.
2、 Start and Run
Start operation
Before starting, ensure that the output air switch is in the off state to avoid starting with load.
The startup time should not exceed 10 seconds. If the startup fails three times in a row, the reason should be checked and a 2-minute interval should be followed before trying again.
After starting, idle for 3-5 minutes (extended appropriately in winter), wait until the oil pressure is normal (≥ 0.2MPa) and there is no oil or water leakage, and then accelerate to the rated speed.

Pay close attention to parameters such as oil pressure (0.3-0.5MPa), water temperature (≤ 90 ℃), oil temperature (≤ 95 ℃), voltage (400V), and frequency (50Hz) during operation.
Regularly check the fuel, oil, and coolant levels and replenish them in a timely manner.
Avoid long-term idle operation to prevent carbon buildup on the fuel injector.
load management
Gradually increase the load, strive for three-phase balance, and avoid overload operation.
3、 Shutdown operation
Shutdown procedure
First, cut off the load, turn off the output air switch, then gradually reduce the speed to idle, run without load for 3-5 minutes, and then stop the machine.
It is strictly prohibited to shut down the fuel supply switch of the fuel tank directly to prevent damage to the engine.
Maintenance after shutdown
After shutdown, check for any abnormalities in all components and clean the surface dust and oil stains of the equipment.
When shutting down for a long time, it is necessary to drain the cooling water to prevent corrosion.
4、 Safety and Maintenance

It is strictly prohibited to carry out maintenance or repairs while the generator is running to avoid electric shock or mechanical injury.
Maintain good ventilation in the computer room, keep away from flammable and explosive materials, equip fire extinguishers, and conduct regular inspections.
Operators are required to wear personal protective equipment such as goggles and gloves.

Change the engine oil and filter (diesel filter, oil filter, air filter) every 150 hours of operation or every six months.
Regularly check and tighten the foundation screws, clean the dust from the distribution panel and cold air outlet.
Perform first level maintenance every three months and second level maintenance once a year.
Environmental adaptation
Avoid using the generator in adverse weather conditions such as thunderstorms and strong winds to prevent equipment damage or safety accidents.
5、 Fault handling
abnormal shutdown
If any abnormalities such as low oil pressure, high water temperature, black smoke, or abnormal noise are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection and troubleshooting.

In the event of an emergency such as a speeding car, emergency decompression or blocking of the air filter inlet can be used to force the engine to shut down.

Malfunctions that cannot be resolved by oneself require contacting professional maintenance personnel for repair. It is strictly prohibited to operate with the malfunction.
