After the material is lifted into the spiral conveyor at the top of the dryer by the elevator, it is uniformly and continuously fed into the drying chamber. As the material is fed in, the height of the material layer continues to rise. When the material layer reaches a certain height, the level indicator starts, the drying chamber is filled with material, and the feeding process ends. After the feeding process is completed, the drying process begins. The four feeding rollers located at the bottom of the drying chamber evenly and continuously feed the material into the spiral conveyor at the bottom of the drying chamber. The material is then fed into the entrance of the elevator by the spiral conveyor, and is sent to the spiral conveyor at the top of the drying machine by the leveling mechanism. Since the above process is continuous, the material in the drying chamber is always in a circulating state. When the material in the drying room passes through the vertical box at the bottom, it forms a thin layer of grain. The side wall of the grain layer is connected to the air chamber. Under the action of the induced draft fan, the heated air is discharged through the air duct across the material column, and the hot air and moisture discharged from the material are sucked out, achieving the drying of the material.
Features:
(1) Adopting slow speed, low temperature, and high air flow drying technology, the seeds can effectively maintain their activity after drying, with good drying quality. After drying, the seeds' activity and the original quality of the grains can be effectively protected, with a low burst rate, suitable for seed drying operations. Using medium pressure, axial flow, and multi blade ventilation fans, the fan efficiency is high, the noise is low, and the energy consumption is low.

Purpose:
