The maintenance and upkeep of the grain vibrating grading screen should be systematically carried out from five aspects: daily cleaning, component inspection, lubrication maintenance, abnormal handling, and shutdown management. The specific operating points are as follows

1、 Daily cleaning and protection

  1. Screen cleaning

2、 Key component inspection and replacement

3、 Lubrication and maintenance
