Principles and precautions for using a feed grinder
Date: 2025-05-12Read: 28
working principle
The feed crusher consists of several parts, including a feeding skateboard, a crushing chamber, and a conveying device. There is a rotor in the crushing chamber, which is composed of a disc and movable hammer blades. The sieve and toothed plate are also the main working components of the crusher. During work, the processed material enters the crushing chamber from the feeding slide and is subjected to repeated impacts, friction, and collisions on the toothed plate by high-speed rotating hammers, gradually being crushed to the required particle size and leaking through the sieve holes. The leaked feed is sent to the aggregation drum through the conveying fan and conveying pipe, and then separated inside the aggregation drum. The powder is discharged from below and bagged, and the air is discharged from above.
Precautions for use
1. Operator protection: Before using the feed grinder, it is necessary to check whether the operator is wearing suitable work clothes and safety helmets, and wearing personal protective equipment such as earplugs and goggles. Ensure the physical health of the operators and strictly prohibit drunk operation.
2. Clean up foreign objects: Before operating the feed grinder, the debris and flammable materials around the machine should be removed completely. At the same time, it is necessary to check whether there are foreign objects such as metals and stones in the feed to prevent damage to the machine or accidents if they enter the interior of the machine.
3. Familiarize with operating procedures: Before starting to use the feed crusher, it is necessary to familiarize and understand the operating instructions and relevant safety operating procedures of the feed crusher. Ensure that operators have relevant operational skills and receive training before use.
4. Appropriate ingredients: When operating a feed grinder, appropriate ingredients should be added according to the capacity and characteristics of the machine. It is not advisable to exceed the design capacity of the feed crusher to avoid problems such as jamming, blockage, and overload.
5. Startup operation: Before starting the feed crusher, adjust it to low speed first, and then the operator should leave the machine to ensure normal operation. Subsequently, gradually increase the speed to ensure that the machine is smooth and without any abnormal noise.
6. Regular maintenance: After a period of use, regular inspections and maintenance should be carried out according to the frequency of use and the condition of the machine. Clean the blades and screens, check the condition of the bearings and transmission system, and ensure the normal operation of the feed crusher.
7. Observing the operating condition: During the use of the feed grinder, it is necessary to observe the machine's operating condition at all times. If any abnormal conditions such as overheating, abnormal noise, vibration, etc. are found, the machine should be stopped immediately for inspection, and the fault should be eliminated before continuing to use.
8. Preventing counterattack injuries: During the feeding process, avoid placing hands or other objects near the feed inlet of the feed crusher to avoid being hit by counterattacks. At the same time, the stability of the feeding should be maintained to avoid large pieces of material entering the machine at the same time, so as not to cause blockage.
9. Attention to power supply: When using a feed grinder, ensure good contact between the power socket and power cord to prevent unstable current or fire hazards caused by poor contact.
10. Waste disposal: After use, the feed grinder should thoroughly clean up the waste and remaining feed to avoid accumulation and bacterial growth.
