When the spiral oil press is in operation, the selected oil is fed into the press chamber through the discharge port after passing through the automatic frying pan. The squeezing screw continuously pushes the embryo inward for squeezing. Due to the fact that the embryo is in motion within the squeezing chamber of the oil press, significant frictional resistance is generated between the embryo and the squeezing screw, as well as between the embryo and the squeezing chamber, under high pressure conditions. This causes friction between the embryo and the grains, resulting in relative motion. On the other hand, due to the gradual increase in root diameter and decrease in pitch of the squeezing screw, when the squeezing screw rotates, the thread can push the material embryo forward and flip outward, while the material layer near the surface of the squeezing screw thread also rotates with the squeezing shaft. In this way, each embryo particle in the squeezing chamber does not move at the same speed and direction, but there is also relative motion between the particles. The heat generated by friction satisfies the necessary heat for the oil pressing process, and coupled with continuous constant temperature heating of the pressing chamber, it helps to promote the thermal denaturation of proteins in the embryo, destroy colloids, reduce oil viscosity, and easily precipitate oil. Therefore, it improves the oil yield of household oil presses, allowing the oil pressure in the material to be squeezed out and flow out through the circular and strip gaps.
So what are the precautions in use? How should maintenance be carried out? Next, let me take you to learn more!
Notes:
Before use, it is necessary to carefully read the user manual and familiarize oneself with the performance characteristics and operating methods of equipment such as spiral oil presses, hydraulic oil presses, and multifunctional oil presses.
2. Before starting up, a comprehensive inspection must be conducted to ensure that all fasteners are not loose, the handle rotates flexibly, and the pulley is turned by hand. All operating parts should be normal and there should be no abnormal noise. Then, add 30 # engine oil to the reducer.
3. Loosen the tightening nut, turn the adjusting screw counterclockwise to make the conical surface of the pressing screw press against the conical surface of the cake ring, then turn the adjusting screw clockwise (3-5 turns), tighten the nut again, and prepare to start the machine.
4. The machine is connected to a three-phase four wire power supply. After the power is turned on, the spindle should rotate counterclockwise. In any case, the machine must have a good grounding device, otherwise it cannot be turned on.
5. Adjust the temperature controller (2) to the desired temperature of 120 ℃ -180 ℃ (depending on the oil) for pressing. Turn the heating switch to the main heating position to heat up the machine. At this time, the green light on the temperature controller will turn on and the red light will turn off. When the machine temperature reaches the set temperature, the red light will turn on and the green light will turn off. The temperature of the machine will be automatically controlled and maintained at the set temperature. In winter, when the temperature is low, turn the heating switch to all heating positions on the main machine to increase the temperature of the oil pan and facilitate the retention of oil.
6. Press the main motor button (turn the main engine switch to the positive position) and the main engine will start running. The rotation direction should be counterclockwise.
7. After the installation of the hydraulic oil press, it should be ground and pressed for 4-8 hours. The method is to slowly feed the pressed cake from the hopper, repeatedly press it back, and polish the pressing chamber. Remember not to pour the material directly into the hopper at the beginning of grinding and pressing, but to feed it by hand to prevent the pressing screw shaft from getting stuck.
8. During normal oil extraction, it is necessary to maintain uniform feeding and avoid excessive or insufficient feeding or idle running. When the continuous working time is long and the machine temperature is too high, cooling measures such as electric fan blowing should be taken.
When the squeezed oil flows into the oil filter, press the vacuum pump button, and the vacuum pump starts to operate. The air inside the oil filter is extracted, and internal pressure is formed in the oil filter barrel. The oil on top is naturally drawn into the oil filter, while the oil residue is isolated on the filter cloth. After the squeezing is completed and the oil is pumped out, open the valve on the oil filter and stop the vacuum pump operation. Dry residue is formed on the filter cloth, which can be scraped off with a scraper to release the pure oil at the bottom valve of the oil filter.
10. Shutdown. Before stopping the machine, stop feeding and then add a small amount of cake crumbs. Wait until the remaining material in the squeezing chamber is discharged and the cake outlet no longer outputs cake before stopping the machine. After stopping the machine, turn the adjusting screw clockwise for 1-3 turns before disconnecting the power supply.
How to maintain machinery:
1. After every 50 hours of operation, the lubrication condition of the oil press should be checked. The oil cup on the gearbox should not be short of oil. The bearing inside the adjusting screw of the oil press shaft should be extracted from the adjusting screw hole and filled with butter once. Dry grinding is strictly prohibited.
1. Each lubrication part should prevent dust and other impurities from entering. The quality of the gearbox oil should be checked once a year. If deterioration is found, all the oil should be replaced.
When the squeezing amount decreases and the cake or oil output is abnormal, the squeezing screw shaft should be pulled out to check the wear of the squeezing screw, squeezing strip, cake head, and cake outlet. Worn parts should be replaced in a timely manner.
3. After each work, the residual cake inside the machine should be removed, and the dust and oil stains on the surface of the machine should be wiped clean.
When stored for a long time after the end of the production season, a maintenance should be carried out, and the press screw, press strip, and cake head should be disassembled, washed, reinstalled, oiled, and placed in a dry place.
5. After each oil extraction, remove the screw shaft to clean the residue, and use a dry cloth and cotton swab to scrub the screw shaft to prevent blockage.
