1Main structure:
The main components of the impeller type aerator are composed of an electric motor, a gearbox, an impeller, a support rod, a floating ball, and a motor cover. The float ball was changed from an iron float bucket to a plastic float ball, which resulted in an increase in the overall weight of the machine. The gearbox gears are made of high-quality alloy steel, which improves the service life of the gearbox. On the basis of the iron impeller, a plastic impeller has been added. The cone and blades of the impeller are extruded in one go, and the web plates are connected and fixed by stainless steel bolts, with a reasonable structure. The impeller type aerator can increase the dissolved oxygen in water, improve the living conditions of fish, increase aquaculture density, accelerate fish growth, and is a mechanical tool for high-yield fish ponds.
2Working principle:
The impeller aerator has the functions of stirring water, aerating, mixing, and aerating. These functions are completed simultaneously during the operation of the machine. After starting up, the impeller sucks up the oxygen poor water at its lower part and pushes it out in all directions, turning stagnant water into living water.
The water under the impeller is strongly stirred by the blades and pipes, causing water jumps and waves on the surface of the water, forming a water curtain that can wrap around the air. This not only expands the surface area of the gas-liquid interface, but also thins and continuously updates the double film between the gas and liquid, promoting the dissolution rate of oxygen in the air.
During stirring, harmful gases such as hydrogen sulfide, ammonia, methane, sulfur dioxide, etc. that were originally present in the water are also desorbed from the water through aeration and discharged into the air. Due to the negative pressure formed at the rear of the mixing pipe during the rotation of the impeller, air can be sucked into the water through the mixing pipe and immediately stirred into microbubbles into the pressure zone of the impeller, which is also conducive to improving the dissolution rate of oxygen in the air and enhancing the efficiency of oxygenation.
Due to the continuous lifting and mixing of lower water with surface water, the surface water is constantly renewed, and the surface water is constantly replenished to the lower layer by gravity. The function of the impeller aerator is excellent because it not only helps to break the vertical uniformity of dissolved oxygen in the pool water, but also fully utilizes the biological oxygenation effect.
