1. Product positioning of D series standard ultra pure water machine
(1) Municipal tap water, distilled water, or purified water can be used as inlet water to directly produce pure water and deionized water.
(2) Water production rate: 5-30 liters/hour, deionized water resistivity:>18.2M Ω· cm.
2. Water intake method
(1) There are two water intake methods to choose from: manual water intake and quantitative water intake, making the water intake operation more user-friendly.
(2) The timed water intake function can be set from 1-60 minutes to avoid waiting for water intake.
(3) Fixed quality water intake function, set freely from 1-18.25 MQ.cm * for comprehensive water quality monitoring.
(4) Online two-way water quality monitoring, real-time monitoring of pure water conductivity, ultra pure water resistivity, and temperature.
(5) When the two-way quality monitoring is abnormal, it will automatically alarm and display (parameters can be set).
3. Consumables Management
The service life of PP pretreatment column, RO reverse osmosis column, UP purification column, and UV lamp can be determined by oneself (parameters can be set).
4. System alarm
The system has a comprehensive alarm management function, mainly managing alarms for pure and ultra pure water quality, inlet pressure, and consumable life. When an alarm occurs, the alarm interface will automatically pop up, displaying the current alarm information.
5. Complete system auxiliary functions
(1) There are factory and user level two passwords, and the system settings are password protected to prevent unauthorized changes.
(2) System time setting: (year/month/day/hour/minute/second).
(3) Status indication: Running status, alarm, water tank full.
6. Performance characteristics
Humanized manual and automatic water intake modes, as well as timed (1-99min) water intake.
Integrated ABS chassis, compatible with pressure water tank and liquid level water tank, can be equipped with external large capacity water storage tank to meet different customer needs.
7. Quality Assurance
The equipment complies with the National Laboratory Water Standard GB/T6682-2008 and the Chinese National Standard for Electronic Grade Ultra Pure Water GB/T11446.1-1997.
8. Optional items
(1) Dual wavelength (185nm&254nm) UV lamp components have bactericidal and TOC reducing effects, enhancing the system's applicability.
(2) Independent water intake handle, convenient to use; Avoid frequent back and forth trips to fetch water, which is more convenient and ensures water quality.
(3) UF ultrafiltration module with a molecular weight cutoff of 5000 daltons and (0.22um) PES composite membrane terminal sterilization filter ensure water quality.
