The main frame is mainly composed of a base (workbench), a fixed crossbeam, a moving crossbeam, three columns, and a ball screw to form a portal frame structure. Imported AC servo motors are used as power sources, and the rotation of the motor drives the ball screw to rotate through a synchronous toothed belt reduction device, thereby driving the upward and downward movement of the moving crossbeam; Imported load sensors are installed on the moving crossbeam, and the movement of the crossbeam can complete the stretching of the sample. 1. The main engine adopts a bottom mounted oil cylinder type, with the stretching space located above the main engine, and the compression, bending, and shear testing spaces located between the lower crossbeam of the main engine and the worktable. Both the upper and lower crossbeams are made of cast steel, which has high strength and good safety.
2. The lifting of the lower crossbeam is driven by a disc motor, worm gear, and nut rotation to adjust the stretching and compression space.
3. The oil source adopts a designed, environmentally friendly, humanized, and * differential pressure follow-up system to reduce energy consumption, minimize heat generation, and protect the oil circuit.
4. The computer sends control signals to the servo valve, controlling the opening and direction of the servo valve, thereby controlling the flow of hydraulic oil into the cylinder, achieving control of constant speed test force, constant speed displacement, etc.
5. The experimental software is based on the Windows operating platform and has programmable functions. It can combine various experimental modes such as constant rate test force control, constant rate displacement control, test force holding, displacement holding, etc., and achieve smooth transition without impact when switching between each mode.
6. The software system provides a rich display of experimental curves. Such as test force displacement curve, test force time curve, stress-strain curve, force deformation curve, displacement time curve, deformation time curve.
7. When the test force exceeds the set protection value or 2% to 5% of the maximum test force, overload protection is activated and the system is unloaded; When the piston rises to the upper limit position, the stroke protection and servo oil pump motor stop.
