High and low temperature damp heat test chamber
structural process
1.Sheet metal machining equipment. Using one imported German laser machine and one AMADA CNC bending machine; Multiple carbon oxide welding machines and argon arc welding machines. Autodesk Inventor 3D drawing software is used for 3D sheet metal disassembly and virtual assembly design.
2. The shell is made of high-quality galvanized steel plate and coated with electrostatic powder coating paint.
3. The inner box is made of imported SUS-304S stainless steel brushed plate and fully welded with argon arc welding process to prevent leakage and penetration of high temperature and high humidity air inside the box; The rounded corner design of the inner container allows for better drainage of condensed water from the side walls.

1. Adopting a design of upper air outlet and lower return air circulation to better ensure temperature uniformity in the testing area.
2. There is a pressure groove at the bottom of the test box, which facilitates the discharge of condensed water during wet and hot processes. The inner chamber of the box adopts a circular arc design, which can better maintain hygiene and cleanliness.

Refrigeration series process
1. Standardize the refrigeration system of the entire machine by charging nitrogen and maintaining pressure for 24 hours to ensure that there are no leaks in the refrigeration system.
2. Standardization of high-quality steel pipe piping technology and welding; According to the standard piping layout, ensure the stability and reliability of the refrigeration system in the test chamber.
3. Imported Italian pipe bending machine bends the entire copper pipe, greatly reducing the operating resistance of the refrigeration system and providing stable pressure operation of the refrigeration system.

Seismic resistance and support of pipelines
1. Shanghai Qingsheng has strict requirements for the support and shock resistance of refrigeration copper pipelines. It fully considers the shock resistance of pipelines and adds circular bends to the refrigeration pipelines, using specialized nylon fixing clamps to avoid pipeline deformation and leakage caused by circular vibration and temperature changes, and improve the reliability of the entire refrigeration system.
2. High quality oxygen free copper pipes and nitrogen filled welding are used for low-temperature pipelines (traditional methods use ordinary copper pipes, and direct welding can easily cause oxides to form on the inner wall of the copper pipes, resulting in blockage of the refrigeration system and slow cooling of the test chamber).
3. We also use imported components for other auxiliary parts in the refrigeration system of this test chamber, such as solenoid valves, filters, etc; If using Italian CASTEL solenoid valves, bypass valves, check valves, etc., other accessories are also made of high-quality domestic refrigeration accessories.
4. The bottom of the refrigeration compressor unit is equipped with a condensate drain pan, which is discharged outside the box.

Control circuit technology
1. The distribution layout operation is based on the distribution assembly diagram issued by the technical department, and international high-quality brands such as Omron, Schneider, and German Phoenix terminal blocks are selected for the installation of electrical components, with clear identification of wire codes.
Select high-quality domestic brands (Shanghai Qifan Cable) to ensure wire quality; The minimum size for the control circuit is 0.75 square RV soft copper wire, and all major loads such as motors and compressors are selected with recessed diameter according to the EC trunking wiring safety current standard! The cable ports of the compressor machine wire box are treated with sealant to prevent frost from causing short circuits in the terminals inside the junction box.

Refrigeration System Technology
Shanghai Qingsheng adopts cutting-edge temperature balance technology (single-stage automatic cascade system) in the industry. By using two different refrigerants with different evaporation temperatures and changing the cooling effect of the refrigerants through electromagnetic valves, the ideal low temperature for single-stage automatic cascade refrigeration can be achieved, truly realizing the refrigeration of a single compressor.
Compared to the previous method of using two-stage cascade refrigeration for temperatures below -35 ℃, which used two-stage cascade refrigeration, the energy consumption is very high and the noise from the two compressors is also high. The application of this technology can minimize customers' operating costs and extend the lifespan of compressors to the greatest extent possible, saving electricity costs throughout the equipment lifecycle.
Adopting compressor rubber pads and spring vibration reduction measures; The refrigeration system pipeline adopts the method of adding R and elbows to avoid the deformation of copper pipes caused by vibration and temperature changes, which may cause the refrigeration system pipeline to rupture.

Refrigeration system technology and other energy-saving technologies
A) VRF technology based on PID+PWM principle (electronic expansion valve controls cold flow rate according to thermal energy conditions)
VRF technology (refrigerant flow control) based on PID++PWM principle is used to achieve low-temperature energy-saving operation (electronic expansion based on which operating condition cold flow servo control technology is used); In the low-temperature working state, the heater does not participate in the operation. The flow rate and direction of the refrigerant are adjusted through PID+PWM, and the three-way flow rate of the refrigeration pipeline, cold side pipeline, and hot side pipeline is regulated to achieve automatic constant temperature during operation. This method can achieve automatic constant temperature of the working room under low-temperature conditions, and can reduce energy consumption by 30% under low-temperature conditions. This technology is based on the ETS system electronic expansion valve of Danish company Danfoss, which can be used to adjust the refrigeration for different cooling capacity requirements, and can achieve compressor cooling capacity adjustment at different cooling rate requirements.
