1. Control environmental conditions

Setting of multiple temperature zones for CO2 cell culture shakerThe carbon dioxide shaker is a new generation of large capacity horizontal shaker developed based on the introduction of similar foreign product technology. This machine integrates carbon dioxide cultivation, constant temperature cultivation, and oscillation, and is versatile. It has the characteristics of large capacity, high temperature control accuracy (using a microcomputer temperature control system with a temperature control accuracy of ± 0.5 ℃), wide temperature control range (with both heating and cooling functions), and stable speed. The carbon dioxide shaker adopts AC variable frequency speed regulation, which is suitable for long-term and high-intensity work environments. It has the characteristics of high torque, no noise, stable speed, low energy consumption, environmental protection, and long service life. Its quality is much higher than ordinary DC motors. Very suitable for large capacity rocking beds or rocking beds that require long-term work.
Operating instructions for CO2 shaker
1. Using at medium speed within the speed range can extend the lifespan of the instrument.
2. The instrument should be placed on a flat ground, with a clean and tidy environment, moderate temperature, and good ventilation.
3. Before using the instrument, place the speed control knob in the minimum position.
4. Open the lid of the box and pack the culture test bottles. In order to ensure good balance performance of the instrument during operation and avoid significant vibration, all test bottle positions should be filled when bottling, and the culture solution in each bottle should be roughly equal. If there are not enough culture bottles, the test bottles can be symmetrically placed or filled with other equal amounts of solution to fill the empty spaces.
5. After the container is installed, close the lid, turn on the power, and turn on the power switch. If temperature control is required, you can turn on the temperature control switch and set the desired temperature on the temperature controller. The operating instructions for the temperature controller of this machine can be found in the "Intelligent Temperature Controller Operating Manual".
6. Turn on the corresponding oscillation switch and set the speed to the desired speed (see the frequency converter manual for the speed setting of AC frequency converter). When starting, the speed should be gradually increased from small to large, and should not be set too fast at once. To extend the service life of the machine, it is recommended to use it at a medium speed within 250rpm.
7. After use, the oscillation speed should be adjusted to the lowest possible level and the oscillation switch and temperature control switch should be turned off before turning off the main power supply.
