When two opposing electromagnetic coils are connected to an AC power source, a magnetic field is generated. The magnet assembly, under the action of the magnetic field, drives the cup to continuously swing back and forth. During the swinging process, the space between the cup and the air chamber constantly changes, through the continuous opening and closing action of the inlet and outlet valve plates.

Instructions for Use

1. Before use, please install the grounding wire and confirm that the voltage and frequency are consistent with the specifications indicated on the nameplate of this air pump;

2. Start up and run for 10 minutes before using the air source to work;

3. During normal operation, the voltage fluctuation should not exceed the specified voltage by more than 10%;

4. The air pump should be used about 30 centimeters above the liquid level. If it is below the liquid level, a check valve with good water stopping performance must be installed;

5. The air pump should be placed in a cool and well ventilated area. It is strictly prohibited to pour, tilt, water (rain), or knock it. It should be kept away from flammable and volatile substances (liquid, oil, gas, solid), dangerous goods, and sources of ignition;

6. Please set the output pressure of the air pump within the rated pressure range. (Long term overpressure operation is strictly prohibited. Please refer to the nameplate of this machine for the pressure range.);

7. Regularly clean the intake filter cotton, which can be seen by opening the intake cover. Please clean and replace it in a timely manner;

8. When the air pump is running, it is strictly prohibited to touch the entire pump body with hands or body (pay attention to the electric hazard label). If you need to touch it, please unplug the power plug first and wait for the air pump to cool down before touching it; If there is any problem, please have professional personnel inspect and repair it, or send it to the factory for repair.
